Perched in the foothills of the Vercors, this is a well-sculpted canyon. A canyon of a vertical nature, with a few slides. The end of the canyon is marked by a beautiful 40m waterfall.
A short 30-minute walk takes us to the start of this little-used canyon. So much the better! This canyon is underestimated. It's a little gem away from the crowds. We start off slowly with a series of small jumps and slides, while the canyon gets tighter and tighter before we find ourselves in a pretty dip, with a 20m abseil in the heart of the dip. A few more steps before arriving at the canyon's beautiful finale: a beautiful, aerated waterfall with a view of the gorges below. The return journey isn't very long, but involves a steep climb to get back to the road that leads to the car. All in 20 minutes.
